Please fill and send the completed Registration Form (doc) with the scanned proof of Fee payment (in
PDF/JPEG format) before April 15, 2008 by E-mail to: guobing@scu.edu.cn.
You must finish
it by April 15th (otherwise, your paper will not appear in
the proceedings). One registration per paper is required.
